Scripted Program Installations

If your network is running Windows NT 4 network or a non-ADS network, use scripting for mass installations of the EndNote program. An ENInst.msi file is provided on the product CD in an MSI folder.

To install via a command line:

  1. First, run the installer in Admin mode (/a on the command line):

  2. Install EN Inst.msi from the target directory. (Make sure the required license.dat file is in the same directory.)See the examples below. Drive letters are examples and vary according to the specific system and/or network.
